Account & User Responsibilities
You confirm that you are at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained valid consent from your parents or legal guardians. You shall bear full and sole legal responsibility for all login activities, in-game operations, in-app purchases and public content published under your account. You are obligated to properly safeguard your account login credentials and password. Any account loss, virtual asset loss or adverse consequences arising from improper custody, account sharing or password leakage shall be borne solely by you.
Service Usage Rules & Prohibited Behaviors
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-commercial personal license to access and play ZomTactics solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized copying, modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, commercial dissemination, paid operation or secondary development of game resources is strictly prohibited.
Users are forbidden to use plug-ins, cheating tools, automated scripts or exploit game bugs to gain improper benefits, disrupt normal game operation, harass or attack other players, publish illegal, violent, abusive or inappropriate content, or undermine the official service operation order. Once any violation is confirmed, we reserve the right to impose disciplinary measures including but not limited to official warnings, temporary restriction of game functions, account suspension and permanent account ban without prior notice. No refund application will be approved for accounts penalized due to rule violations.
Service Adjustment & Liability Disclaimer
We reserve the absolute right to adjust game content, battle balance, functional settings, seasonal events and service rules at any time without prior notice. We may conduct regular server maintenance and system upgrades, or temporarily suspend or permanently terminate our services due to business adjustments, policy compliance requirements, technical failures or force majeure events.
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any explicit or implicit warranty of service stability, continuity or flawlessness. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we shall not be held liable for any indirect losses arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, profit loss and user experience impairment.
All in-game virtual items, premium resources and paid content of ZomTactics are intangible digital commodities. All completed in-app purchases are final and are generally non-refundable by default.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
We only accept refund applications under the following legitimate and verifiable circumstances: repeated system deductions, technical failures of the official payment system, successful payment without corresponding delivery of purchased in-game items, and abnormal order errors caused by official system malfunctions.
Refund Application Rules & Process
1. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of successful payment.
2. Users shall provide complete application materials, including game account information, exact transaction time, valid order screenshots and transaction IDs.
3. All application materials shall be submitted to our official support email for manual verification and review.
4. Once the application is approved, the payment will be refunded via the original payment channel. The actual arrival time of the refund is subject to the processing rules of the corresponding payment platform.
Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to reject refund applications that exceed the prescribed application time limit, lack valid proof, result from user’s accidental recharge or impulsive consumption, or involve abnormal application behaviors such as malicious repeated refund claims. Under no circumstances shall virtual items that have been used, consumed, upgraded or exchanged in the game be eligible for refunds.
